If you use the wrong password a few times, you might get locked out of a university or computer lab computer. It automatically resets after 30 minutes, but if you need help faster you can try the options below.

If you are in the computer lab:

There is a desk near the printer where there should be a lab assistant working. Ask them for help first if there is someone on duty. If no one is on duty, go to the 3rd floor service desk.

If you aren't in the computer lab:

Contact university IT during their open hours by phone, or in person, or send an email anytime.
