If you use the wrong password a few times, you might get locked out of a university or computer lab computer. It automatically resets after 30 minutes, but if you need help faster you can try the options below.
If you are in the computer lab:
There is a desk near the printer where there should be a lab assistant working. Ask them for help first if there is someone on duty.
If you aren't in the computer lab:

Library staff will help as best as we can, but only IT can help you reset a password.
